01What this statement covers

AYISHA Magazine is an independent digital magazine published by AYISHA COTTONTAIL LLC. This page sets out the publisher’s position on the age of everyone who appears in the magazine, the records held about them, and the standard the published work is held to.

It applies to every photograph, editorial and video published at ayisha.com and ayishamagazine.com, including material behind the subscriber login.

02Everyone depicted is an adult

Every person appearing in any visual material published by this magazine was at least 18 years of age at the time the material was produced.

Before any shoot, the publisher obtains and keeps a government-issued photographic identity document for each person depicted, together with a signed release confirming their age and their consent to publication.

No material depicting a minor will ever be produced, acquired or published. Any suggestion that such material exists here should be reported immediately using the complaints page.

03Prohibited content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on Ayisha.com:

• Illegal content
• Content involving underage participants
• Bestiality
• Incest
• Nonconsensual activity

Ayisha.com does not produce, publish, host, sell or distribute any of the above, and does not permit any user to upload, post, transmit, request or share it. This applies without exception.

Anything of this kind found here should be reported at once through the complaints page, or to info@ayisha.com.

04Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Ayisha.com does not condone or tolerate human sex trafficking in any form, and all suspected instances of human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities.

Any suspicion of trafficking, coercion or exploitation connected with this site can be reported through the complaints page or to info@ayisha.com.

AYISHA Magazine does not produce, and does not publish, visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as that term is defined at 18 U.S.C. §2256(2). The record-keeping and labelling requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply to this publication.

The publisher nevertheless keeps age and identity records for every person depicted, as described above, and will produce them to any law enforcement authority entitled to see them.

AYISHA Magazine is a fashion, culture and lifestyle publication. It publishes editorial photography, interviews, written features and behind-the-scenes material.

It does not publish sexually explicit material, and it is not affiliated with, and does not link to, any adult website or adult brand.

Material is published only where the person depicted has consented in writing to that publication, and consent may be withdrawn as described on the complaints page.

All photography, artwork, written material and design published by this magazine is the property of AYISHA COTTONTAIL LLC, or is used with the permission of the rights holder.

Subscriber material is watermarked and is provided for personal use only. Redistribution, resale or republication is not permitted. Claims of copyright infringement are handled through the complaints page.
